Bequia in the Grenadines!

by Eric White
(Scotland)

My son was recently married in Bequia in the Grenadines 2 weeks ago We visited the Lower beach to swim and amazingly we saw a nest of turtles hatching hawksbill

Around 100 baby turtles all making their way to the sea. Unfortunately a large flock of birds frigates, I think dived and picked many from the sea.

Seeing these primitive creatures, in daylight, making their way to the sea, is something I will never forget.
